AIM’s brand new two part workshop will provide all you need to know if you are considering setting up a new museum, or have recently taken over your local museum and are new to the sector.
Following museum sector standards and best practice, participants will be guided through the building blocks that underpin the success of a new museum project. The workshops will take place via Zoom and will be led by sector experts Emma Chaplin and Heather Lomas.
